We ship all orders from Washington State to everywhere in the world including P.O. Boxes and all military locations via their APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

Note: Due to COVID-19, some countries and carriers are currently suspending mail service. We will do our best to reach-out to you should your order meet this criteria. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

Great news! If you place your order before 12pm (Noon) PST, Monday through Saturday, we will do our best to pack it up and ship it out same day. Any order placed after 12pm (Noon) PST will ship the next business day at the latest.

McCoy Kids is not responsible for any duties and taxes. Depending on the shipping location, your order may be subject to import taxes and other fees charged by the local customs authority and/or our preferred carrier.

Shipping charges for your order depend on the items purchased, where it's shipping to and how fast you want it. Rates are calculated by the carrier and displayed at checkout. 

Orders for the continental US over $50 USD, before tax, qualify for free economy shipping. Free economy will ship USPS and typically arrive between 2-9 business days, depending on how far you are from Washington State.

If you prefer an alternative to USPS, UPS is also offered as a paid service option at checkout. This option is available to all addresses that accept UPS.

Depending on the international shipping location (excluding Canada), your order may be subject to import taxes and other fees charged by the local customs authority and/or our preferred carrier.

Please contact your local carrier to see if a parcel has been left for you. In certain cases, a parcel will be left with a local carrier's office if the recipient is not available for delivery. In most cases, however, the parcel may be mis-delivered to a neighbor or nearby address and just needs a little extra time to find its way into the right hands.

If you have not been able to locate the parcel, please contact us so we can investigate further.

At this time we do not offer paid return shipping - sorry! If you need to ship a package back to us, please reach out to returns@mccoykids.co first to initiate a return. Once you have your return number, you can ship your package back to the below address:

Please note: Returns are only accepted within the first 30 days, and gift wrapping, greeting cards and McCoy Kids gift cards do not apply.

If you'd like to exchange an item on McCoy Kids and are within your 30 day window, we suggest you purchase the new item you want. This way you're assured you'll receive it. Then, please follow-up with an email to returns@mccoykids.co and we'll help you through returning your current item to us. 

How does Local Delivery work?

McCoy Kids offers FREE Local Delivery within a designated radius in Tacoma, WA for all orders $25+. Make sure to choose "Local Delivery" at checkout and leave us any instructions about where and how to deliver your package.

We currently deliver 7 days a week, minus Holidays and inclement weather. If you place your order before 12pm PST, we will deliver your order same day! All orders placed after noon will be delivered the following day, at the latest (maybe earlier if we are feeling adventurous).
