McCoy Kids will exchange, unworn, unwashed items within the first 15 days of receipt. If 15 days has gone by since you received your online order (per carrier tracking delivery date), unfortunately we won't be able to accept your exchange request. Please note all sale items, curated gift boxes, gift cards, Tot Boxes and promotional discount items are FINAL SALE. All shipping costs are non-refundable as well.
McCoy Kids is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All packages (except First Class International) are sent with tracking and with insurance. Should a package be lost in transit, we are happy to assist in filing a claim.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it as stated before, unworn, unwashed and with all the tags attached. We do not provide cash refunds. No exceptions.

All shipping costs incurred during this transaction will be the customer's responsibility. McCoy Kids may be able to generate a return shipping label at the customer's request and expense. If you choose to ship on your own, we strongly suggest you use a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including pacifiers, teethers, custom gift boxes, Tot Boxes, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders, gift wrapping, greeting cards or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically granted store credit for the amount of your refund. We do not give cash refunds.
