By accepting our terms and conditions at checkout and placing your order, you are agreeing to our return and refund policy.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item (by carrier tracking confirmation) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, not washed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we can send you a return shipping label at cost, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not cover the cost of your return shipping or offer free return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All returns are issued as store credit. We do not refund to the original payment method. Shipping fees paid by the buyer are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved. All refunds are issued as store credit; we do not refund to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your item is not in new/resellable condition, we cannot issue you the full amount for your return and reserve the right to issue a lesser amount at our discretion and relative to its resale value (up to zero). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
